Ger Redmond spent two years in Mountjoy jail in 2014 after becoming heavily involved in a drugs gang.<\/p>\n

Since leaving prison, he has completely turned his life, and the lives of others, around.<\/p>\n

Ger spoke on RT\u00c9\u2019s Oliver Callan show on Thursday. His theories on how to prevent children entering a life of crime are undoubtedly important.<\/p>\n

Ger\u2019s father was jailed for the manslaughter of a young child in 2002 but his family\u2019s problems began much earlier.<\/p>\n

The Dubliner described his upbringing in Darndale as \u201ca bit rough,\u201d initially.<\/p>\n
