Much of these were poor quality, but those that provided structured and evidence-based therapy \u2013 Forward Trust\u2019s own \u2018RAPT\u2019 programmes, and Phoenix\u2019s Therapeutic Communities \u2013 were able to demonstrate big impacts on in-prison behaviour, and post-release reoffending.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #f2f1ec;\">Due to austerity cuts, and lack of institutional support from commissioners and prison management, most of these programmes have closed down, or have struggled to continue operations with minimal resources.
